The pictures needs some explanation.. The first pix on the left is interesting because just after the baby was born, Blossum charged it. Ears back, teeth showing. I thought she was going to kill that "thing that gave her all that pain." I dropped the VCR, and was about to "kill her".. She stopped dead still and sniffed the baby, started to lick her.. The maternal hormones kicked in, turned immediately into a perfect mother.. Pix 2.. 10 minutes later, she was pawing her, trying to get her on her feet.. Pix 3.. Trying to nurse.. Pix 4.. Got the idea.. Pix 5.. The next morning...
Most of the time, the donkeys are out wandering around, and the stalls are empty. So, I only snap pictures, when the donkeys are in view of the camera.. When I can figure out how to automate the picture grabing, we will probably get a lot of shots of empty stalls... I am working on trying to do it with "RECORDER" in Windows.. It sorta works, when it feels "in the mood." It's not very reliable and I don't trust it..
